Development of design documentation for the redevelopment of Zakładowa Street along with the construction of the junction of Zakładowa Street with Szeroka Street in Starowa Góra, and the provision of author’s supervision service. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation together with the provision of the author’s supervision service during construction works for the “Redevelopment of Zakładowa Street along with the construction of the junction of Zakładowa Street (municipal road no. 106510E) with Szeroka Street (voivodeship road no. 488) in Starowa Góra.” A detailed description and scope of tasks have been specified in the documentation forming Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract together with appendices.
