Development of design documentation for the construction of a cycle path along county road no. 1012F on the section Nowa Wieś – Osowa Sień The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the Development of design documentation for the construction of a cycle path along county road no. 1012F on the section Nowa Wieś – Osowa Sień. The aim of the contract is to prepare comprehensive technical and legal documentation together with obtaining opinions, arrangements/approvals, and administrative decisions, including the decision granting permission for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID), notification of construction works, or another decision resulting from the Construction Law, enabling the execution of construction works in accordance with applicable law and road traffic safety standards. The above studies/developments must enable the Contracting Authority to prepare procurement/tender documentation and conduct a procedure in the form of a public procurement contract, allowing for the selection of a Contractor for the construction of the designed solutions.
