TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract in Part 1 is the development of design documentation for the construction of Notecka and Pszczelna streets in Bydgoszcz. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and the conditions for performing the contract are set out in: 1) the proposed Contract provisions together with appendices - Appendix No 1 to the SWZ (common for all parts), including: a) Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) – Appendix No 2 to the proposed Contract provisions (common for all parts), 2) a template of the tender form - Appendix No 2 - I to the SWZ (separate for each part). 3. The contract will be performed in stages and provides the following stages of performance, the provisions of which have been specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract: Stage 1a, Stage 1b, Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5 and Stage 6. 4. Under the basic contract, Stages 1 to 3 and Stages 5 to 6 will be carried out.
