TENDER DESCRIPTION
Reference number in accordance with the SWZ: 10.1. General information. 10.1.1. Offers, statements referred to in Article 125(1) of the PZP Act, evidence documents provided for the contracting process, including the statement referred to in Article 117(4) of the PZP Act, as well as the undertaking of the entity making resources available, referred to in Article 118(3) of the PZP Act, and the evidentiary documents in question, shall be prepared in electronic form in data formats specified in the regulations issued pursuant to Article 18 of the Act of 17 February 2005 on the computerisation of the activities of entities performing public tasks (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1557, consolidated text), taking into account the type of data being transferred.
