Preparation of design documentation for the expansion/redevelopment of the road system on Branicka Street, covering the section from Tokarzewskiego Street to the area of plot no. 31. a) The subject of this contract is a service consisting in the preparation of design documentation for the expansion / redevelopment of the road system of Branicka Street, covering the section from Tokarzewskiego Street to the area of plot no. 31, for the purpose of constructing a sidewalk together with accompanying infrastructure - as part of the Sidewalk Construction Programme. b) The Contracting Authority described the subject of the contract by means of: • the drafted provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, • the scope of works together with the attachments constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. c) The minimum warranty period is 24 months, and the maximum warranty period is 36 months.
