TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of design documentation for the task entitled: Construction of an administrative and office building for the Road Authority in Dąbrowa Tarnowska Under this public contract, the Contractor is required to prepare a complete design for a two-storey administrative and office building, together with utility connections and internal installations, in a scope that will allow, after it is built, the transfer of staff from the existing buildings. The designed administrative and office building will be located on the cadastral plot no. 458/6, obręb Ruda. The design documentation must include the demolition of existing buildings, which will take place only after the construction of the new building (in accordance with Appendix No. 5), together with the disconnection of the existing installations. The design documentation must also include site development around the newly built building, i.e. communication routes, parking spaces, low greenery elements.
