Development of design documentation for the project entitled: Reconstruction of DP No 1203N on the section Jonkowo–county border: TASK No 2 – Reconstruction of the district road No 1203N on the section Pupki–county border 1. The purpose of the contract is to prepare complete design documentation for the project entitled: “Reconstruction of the district road 1203N on the section Jonkowo – county border: TASK No 2 – Reconstruction of the district road No 1203N on the section Pupki – county border” 2. Under the contract, complete design documentation must be prepared and, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, an application must be prepared and a decision on a building permit or a decision authorising the implementation of a road investment must be obtained pursuant to the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads, hereinafter referred to as the ZRID decision in this specification, as well as provision of author’s supervision over the developed documentation. 3.
