Strzelecka in the town of Czarne 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the task entitled: Expansion of municipal roads No: 232036G ul. Kolejowa, 232034G ul. Dworcowa, 232035G ul. Południowa, 232044G ul. Strzelecka in the town of Czarne over a section of approx. 2070 m, together with the performance of author’s supervision. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority informs that conducting a site visit is not mandatory; however, the Contracting Authority recommends that Contractors carry out a site visit in the field before preparing the bid, in order to check conditions related to the execution of works that are the subject of the contract and in order to obtain any and all additional information necessary and useful for assessing the works, since claims by the Contractor due to incorrect pricing or omission of elements necessary to perform the contract are excluded.
