Południowa, 232044G ul Strzelecka in the town of Czarne 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the task entitled: Expansion of municipal roads No.: 232036G ul. Kolejowa, 232034G ul. Dworcowa, 232035G ul. Południowa, 232044G ul Strzelecka in the town of Czarne over a section of approx. 2070 m, together with the provision of author’s supervision. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority informs that carrying out a site visit is not mandatory; however, the Contracting Authority recommends that Bidders carry out a site visit on the premises before preparing their bid in order to verify the conditions related to performing the works which are the subject of the contract and in order to obtain all additional information necessary and useful for assessing the works, as it is excluded that the Bidder will make claims on the grounds of incorrect pricing or omission of elements necessary for performing the contract.…
