TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the preparation of Design Documentation and the execution of construction works aimed at building an overhead contact line network, together with power supply elements, auto-transformer cabins and control of switchgear of the KDP traction power supply network at the section Kotowice – CPK Railway Node – Łódź and at connection sections to the existing/implemented status by PKP PLK, together with the execution of the refurbishment of the existing PKP PLK infrastructure at the connection points to the extent necessary to carry out the works. In addition, the Contractor is required to obtain the EC verification certificate for the Energy subsystem, to issue the appropriate verification declarations and to prepare all documentation necessary to obtain authorisation for placing the Energy subsystem into service for an indefinite period of time. The operational and design speed of the line is 350 km/h. The detailed subject of the contract has been described in the Description of Needs and Requirements (OPW).
