Development of design documentation for the purposes of changing the building permit decision regarding the conversion of the ground-floor premises into an employee canteen in the building at 12 Kolskа Street in Warsaw The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the purpose of conducting a procedure entitled: "Amendment of the building permit decision regarding the conversion of the ground-floor premises into an employee canteen in the office building at 12 Kolskа Street (plot/land register No. 3, 4, 5/1 and 5/2 within cadastral precinct 6-03-06) in Warsaw, together with the conduct of administrative proceedings in the scope of changing the building permit decision No. 149/N/2016." The task will be divided into the following stages: • Stage I – Preparation of two variants of an architectural concept including functional layouts of the premises.
