Development of design documentation for the development of the Polish Armed Forces Square in the West in Białystok The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the development of the Polish Armed Forces Square in the West in Białystok for the section from M. Curie-Skłodowska Street to Akademicka Street, including the construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure. The design documentation shall be prepared in accordance with the attached preliminary concept (Variant 1 – without relocating the monument). The Contracting Authority allows for changes to the preliminary concept.
