TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the development of design documentation and the execution of construction and installation works related to the conversion of a single-circuit 110 kV line into a double-circuit 110 kV line on the section Łomża 2 – Nowogród within the business area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Białystok. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that, on the basis of an employment contract, the Contractor or Subcontractor employ persons who, during the performance of the Contract, carry out activities specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Contracting Authority’s entitlements with regard to monitoring the Contractor’s compliance with requirements related to employing these persons, as well as penalties for failure to meet these requirements, are set out in the draft provisions of the Contract, constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 4.
