Wandy 13 in Wrocław, including a sports block, along with site development and technical infrastructure The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the redevelopment and expansion of the Primary School No. 76 building at ul. Wandy 13 in Wrocław, including a sports block, along with site development and technical infrastructure within the boundaries of the property, together with obtaining a building permit, divided into the following tasks: 1) Task 1: Preparation of design documentation together with obtaining a building permit, divided into stages: a) Stage 1: expansion of the Primary School No. 76 building at ul. Wandy 13 in Wrocław, including a sports block, together with on-site development and technical infrastructure, b) Stage 2: redevelopment of the Primary School No. 76 building at ul. Wandy 13 in Wrocław. 2) Task 2: Provision of author’s supervision over the investment carried out on the basis of the design documentation referred to in Task 1.
