TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the footbridge over the Czarna Hańcza river along with access paths. The construction design for the reconstruction of the footbridge along with all specialties must be developed in accordance with the Construction Law Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Development dated 11.09.2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction design (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1679 consolidated text, as amended). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (TOR). 3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the subject of the contract is carried out by persons possessing the appropriate professional qualifications corresponding to the functions to be entrusted to them. 4.
