TENDER DESCRIPTION
Preparation of design documentation for the expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 278 on the section Sulechów – Radowice, including the construction of a road for cyclists The purpose of the Subject of the Contract is to prepare comprehensive technical and legal documentation together with obtaining opinions, arrangements/approvals, and administrative decisions, including a decision granting permission for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) or another decision resulting from the Construction Law, enabling the performance of construction works in accordance with applicable law and road traffic safety standards. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and technical requirements have been specified in Chapter III of the SWZ.
