Preparation of design documentation as part of the task: Modernisation of the sports ground at the School Complex named after M. Konarski at ul. Okopowa 55a in Warsaw – procedure number: 56/ZP/26. 1) The subject of the contract is preparation of design documentation as part of the implementation of the task: Modernisation of the sports ground at the School Complex named after M. Konarski at ul. Okopowa 55a in Warsaw, which is to include in particular: replacement of the synthetic turf surface together with the necessary equipment. The football pitch with synthetic turf with dimensions 120 m x 70 m, i.e. 8,400 m2, is located on the cadastral plot no. 25 within cadastral unit 6-03-06, which belongs to the City of Warsaw. 2) The contract includes, in particular: a) technical documentation for the modernisation of the sports ground, b) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works (STWiOR), c) bills of quantities, d) investor’s cost estimate. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the type and scope of works covered by the contract and the requirements for the performance and acceptance of the subject of the contract are specified in the…
