TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the development of design documentation along with the performance of author's supervision for the investment task entitled: "Reconstruction of a section of railway line No. 285 in terms of elevating the track on an engineering structure over Bardzka Street in Wrocław" as part of the project entitled: "Preparatory projects", including: 1) Phase I - Development of design documentation along with obtaining a full set of administrative decisions, including: 1) Development of the Programmatic-Spatial Concept (KPP); 2) Obtaining the final environmental conditions decision; 3) Obtaining the final decision on the location of the railway line; 4) Obtaining the final water law permit; 5) Development of construction and execution designs with geotechnical and geological-engineering documentation along with obtaining the Building Permit; 6) Preparation of tender materials i.e.: Terms of Reference (OPZ), Bill of Quantities / RCO, Investor's Cost Estimate, STWiORB, PFU for the Railway Automation branch as well as Teletechnics and IT Installations; 7) Obtaining certification at the design stage 2) Phase II - Option right including…
