TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the development of design documentation together with the provision of author’s supervision for the investment task entitled: “Reconstruction of a section of railway line No. 285 with regard to lifting the track onto an engineering structure over Bardzka Street in Wrocław” as part of the project entitled: “Preparation Projects”, including: 1) Phase I - Development of design documentation together with obtaining a complete set of administrative decisions, including: 1) Development of the Program-Spatial Concept (KPP); 2) Obtaining the final decision on environmental conditions; 3) Obtaining the final decision on establishing the location of the railway line or the decision on establishing the location of a public-purpose investment; 4) Obtaining the final water-law permit; 5) Development of construction and executive designs with geotechnical and geotechnical-engineering documentation together with obtaining the Building Permit; 6) Preparation of tender materials, i.e.: OPZ, Bill of quantities / RCO, Investor’s Cost Estimate, STWiORB, PFU for the Railway Automation industry and for Teletechnics and Computer Installation; 7) Obtaining…
