TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation along with the provision of author’s supervision for the investment task of constructing ul. Nowej Wyzwolenia, together with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions (including ZRID) or submitting notices enabling the carrying out of construction works. 2. The contract is divided into two scopes: 1) Scope No 1 – BASIC, which includes the construction design, taking into account the division of the investment into two functional sections and phasing of implementation, comprising: A. Phase I – eastern section: a) Construction of ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia in the eastern section in accordance with the attached design guidelines and planning documentation, b) Reconstruction of the intersection with ul.
