TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation (including the performance of author’s supervision at the stage of task execution) and the execution of construction works, in the “design and build” formula, as part of the project entitled: “Construction in Zielona Góra at Wyspiańskiego Street of a new building for the needs of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility – Children and Youth Treatment Centre in Zaborze”. The intention of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility – Children and Youth Treatment Centre (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) is to build a new Hospital headquarters located in Zielona Góra. As part of the new facility, a comprehensive psychiatric treatment centre for children and adolescents will be created, together with a school, administrative facilities, a day unit, and wards for permanent stay.
