TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation (together with performing author’s supervision during the project implementation phase) and the execution of construction works, under the “design and build” formula, as part of the project entitled: “Construction in Zielona Góra at ul. Wyspiańskiego of a new building for the needs of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility Centre for Treatment of Children and Adolescents in Zabor”. The intention of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility Centre for Treatment of Children and Adolescents (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) is to build a new hospital premises located in Zielona Góra. Under the new facility, a comprehensive psychiatric treatment centre for children and adolescents will be created, together with educational, administrative facilities, a day ward, and wards with permanent stay.
