“Preparation of design documentation for the development of the western bank of the Boulevards over the Czarna Hańcza River from Bakałarzewska Street to 24 Sierpnia Street” 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the development of the western bank of the Boulevards over the Czarna Hańcza River from Bakałarzewska Street to 24 Sierpnia Street. 2. A multi-discipline construction design project including all trades must be prepared in accordance with the Building Law and with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11.09.2020 on the detailed scope and form of a construction design project (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended). The required technical conditions and arrangements shall be obtained by the designer from the road authority and based on the authorisation issued by the Contracting Authority. 3.
