Development of project and cost-estimating documentation for the headquarters building of the Chrzanów Forest Inspectorate (Nadleśnictwo Chrzanów) 1) The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete, multi-discipline project and cost-estimating documentation for the task: “Preparation of design documentation for the building of the headquarters of the Chrzanów Forest Inspectorate (Nadleśnictwo Chrzanów), the garage-and-utility building and the utility shed together with internal and external electrical and sanitary installations and the accompanying road, pedestrian, parking spaces and fencing infrastructure, an antenna mast, as well as the reconstruction of the existing natural field pond with an area of 850 m2”. 2) The subject of the contract also includes performing author’s supervision over the execution of construction works. 3) The documentation must be prepared to the extent that allows obtaining a legally valid decision on a building permit and the implementation of the investment. 4) The Contractor is required, among other things, to develop: construction designs (building design), technical designs, execution designs, bills of quantities, investor cost…
