TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation for the task entitled “Expansion and redevelopment of the wastewater treatment plant in Skoczów – stage II”, together with obtaining all approvals, opinions, administrative decisions required by law and the final building permit, as well as providing author’s supervision during the execution of construction works. 2) The contract includes the development of design documentation enabling the conduct of a procurement procedure for the awarding of a public contract for the execution of construction works and their implementation in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The documentation shall be prepared with a division into five separate investment tasks covered by a single building permit. At the same time, each of the tasks shall be designed in a manner that enables its independent execution, commissioning and use, including obtaining, if required by law, a separate occupancy permit. 2.
