TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of design documentation and cost estimates for the task entitled: “Construction of sanitary sewerage towards the town of Olszana — Phase I” 4.3. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in preparing design documentation and a cost estimate for the purposes of constructing a gravity sanitary sewer network (together with elements of pressure sewerage and sewage pumping stations) in the towns of Naszacowice (partially) and Olszanka in the municipality of Podegrodzie. The scope of the contract includes performing an architectural and construction design, a technical design, an investor’s cost estimate, a bill of quantities, performing author’s supervision, and obtaining on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority all other necessary and legally required decisions, permits, opinions, and arrangements. The estimated number of users (residents) in the indicated area is approximately 600 people. The estimated length of the sanitary sewerage is approximately 6 km.
