TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of design and cost-estimation documentation for the task: “Reconstruction of Maria Konopnicka Street in Świnoujście”, together with support for the Contracting Authority during the procedure for selecting a contractor for construction works, in particular by analysing requests for clarification of the content of the description of the subject matter of the contract, which will be provided by the design and cost-estimation documentation, and preparing responses/clarifications, which constitutes the basic scope of the subject matter of the Agreement. The Contracting Authority also provides for an option right consisting in commissioning the Contractor to provide author’s supervision during the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design and cost-estimation documentation for the above-mentioned task.
