Development of design and cost-estimation documentation for the “Reconstruction of internal road No. 99 in the town of Pawlikowice” 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation together with the preparation and obtaining of the necessary documents provided for by applicable provisions of law in order to obtain consent for the execution of an investment entitled: “Reconstruction of internal road No. 99 in the town of Pawlikowice”. The documentation must be prepared in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract (Technical Specification) constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 2.
