Development of design and cost-estimate documentation for the redevelopment of the complex of the Training and Recreation Centre in Porażyn The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost-estimate documentation for the redevelopment of the complex of the Training and Recreation Centre in Porażyn together with obtaining the appropriate arrangements, opinions, administrative decisions enabling the implementation of an investment consisting of: 1) I STAGE: Redevelopment of the conference hall together with site development, 2) II STAGE: Expansion of the dining hall located in the basement of the Palace building, 3) III STAGE: Expansion and redevelopment of the Training and Recreation Centre building together with comprehensive thermal modernisation and interior fit-out, including the Centre’s rooms, apartments, the main hall, communication corridors and other common spaces together with site development, 4) IV STAGE: Site development of the Centre, including arrangement of the park and outdoor recreation zones.
