TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of design and cost-estimate documentation for the thermal modernization and construction of photovoltaic micro-installations together with energy storage facilities (building of Branch No. 18 PiMBP and the Archives Storage Building of CUW) General scope of work: - Notification of completion of construction works (obtaining the absence of objection from the authority to the submitted notification) or obtaining an approved building permit for the project. The basis for submitting the documentation to the administrative authority is the Contractor’s obtaining the Client’s approval of the adopted solutions (together with the documentation, the Contractor shall present to the Client a positive opinion of the director/manager of the given facility regarding the above-mentioned project). - Design documentation should consist of designs for all elements necessary to carry out the subject of the contract. - Design documentation should also be prepared additionally and provided to the Client in electronic version on a CD or a USB flash drive.
