TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of design-and-cost documentation as part of the task entitled “Park Wiecha - revitalisation of public spaces”. 1. The subject of the contract is to prepare design-and-cost documentation together with investor’s cost estimates and bills of quantities (hereinafter referred to as “design-and-cost documentation”), consisting in producing complete multi-discipline design-and-execution construction documentation for the land registry plots with identification numbers 6, 9, 10, 29, 30/1, 30/12, 40/4 from cadastral district 4-10-09. Annex No. 10 to the SWZ indicates the area of the plots that are covered by the design-and-cost documentation. The scope of work and obligations of the Contractor for design-and-cost documentation have been described in § 2 of the draft provisions of the contract, being Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2.
