Preparation of design-and-cost-estimate documentation as part of the task entitled: “Reconstruction of county road no. 1713 S on 11 Listopada Street in Zawiercie, together with the construction of drainage” 1. The subject of the contract is: 1/ Preparation of complete design-and-cost-estimate documentation together with obtaining all necessary administrative decisions enabling the execution of construction works for the task entitled: “Reconstruction of county road no. 1713 S on 11 Listopada Street in Zawiercie, together with the construction of drainage” 2/ Performance of author’s supervision during the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the documentation covered by this contract under the option law principles, in accordance with the provisions of § 7 of the Designed Provisions of the Future Agreement (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ) 2.
