TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is to prepare design documentation for the task “Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation together with performance of author’s supervision during the construction of a building for the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Siedlce at Kazimierzowska Street”. Detailed definition of the scope of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the OPiW, entitled “Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract”, hereinafter referred to as “SOPZ”. The requirements indicated in Appendix No 1 to the OPiW should be treated as the subject matter of the contract as well as the description of the Ordering Party’s needs and the identification of the features of the services that constitute the subject matter of the contract, and also the minimum requirements regarding the description of the subject matter of the contract or the performance of the contract, which are not subject to negotiation and that all offers must meet. 4.2.
