TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. Subject of the contract includes: 1) Task 1 – preparation of complete multi-branch design and cost documentation along with obtaining a full set of arrangements, opinions, permits, exemptions within the meaning of the Construction Law and legally required decisions (including decisions on environmental conditions and water permit – if necessary) essential for obtaining the decision on the road investment permit/building permit/notification and carrying out construction works, including: a) expansion of the road system of Morska Street on the section from the Żołnierzy Wyklętych Junction to the intersection with Kalksztajnów Street, b) construction of additional carriageways in front of properties numbered from 197 to 215 and from 217 to 263A, c) reconstruction of Okrzei Street; 2) Task 2 – development of the design of meteo-hydrological monitoring devices for the city drainage system together with a telemetry cabinet and power supply system; 3) Task 3 – execution of geodetic works; 4) Task 4 – one-time update of investor's cost estimates; 5) Task 5 – authorial supervision over the execution of construction works.
