DUE TO SYSTEM LIMITATIONS, THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF THE LIST OF STATEMENTS AND/OR DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING THE SUBJECT-RELATED EVIDENCE MEASURES, CONFIRMING COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND LACK OF GROUNDS FOR EXCLUSION SET OUT IN POINT “5.1.9 Qualification Criteria” OF THIS NOTICE: 2.9. The contractor’s statements, within the scope of Article 108(1)(5) of the Pzp, on the absence of belonging to the same capital group, as defined by the Act of 16 February 2007 on Competition and Consumer Protection, with another contractor that has submitted a separate tender, or statements on belonging to the same capital group together with documents or information confirming preparation of the tender independently of another contractor belonging to the same capital group.
