DUE TO SYSTEM LIMITATIONS, THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF THE LIST OF STATEMENTS AND/OR DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING THOSE CONCERNING SUBSTANTIVE MEANS OF EVIDENCE, CONFIRMING COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND THE ABSENCE OF GROUNDS FOR EXCLUSION UNDER POINT “5.1.9 Qualification Criteria” OF THIS NOTICE: 2.9. The Contractor’s statements, with regard to Article 108(1)(5) of the Pzp Act, on the absence of affiliation with the same capital group, within the meaning of the Act of 16 February 2007 on competition protection and consumers, with another Contractor who submitted a separate tender, or statements on affiliation with the same capital group together with documents or information confirming preparation of the tender independently of another Contractor belonging to the same capital group. Where tenders are submitted jointly by Contractors, the statement referred to above shall be submitted by each of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract.
