Description in accordance with point "2. Procedure" of this announcement. DUE TO SYSTEM LIMITATIONS, THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF THE LIST OF DECLARATIONS AND/OR DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING SUBJECTIVE EVIDENCE, CONFIRMING THE FULFILLMENT OF CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEEDINGS AND THE LACK OF GROUNDS FOR EXCLUSION FROM POINT "5.1.9 Qualification criteria" OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: 2.9. Contractor's statements, within the scope of Art. 108 sec. 1 item 5) of the Public Procurement Law, on not belonging to the same capital group as another Contractor who has submitted a separate offer, or statements on belonging to the same capital group along with documents or information confirming the preparation of the offer independently of another Contractor belonging to the same capital group.
