TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the development and comprehensive implementation of a regional information and educational campaign “Silesia for Climate”, carried out within the territory of the Silesian Voivodeship. The campaign aims to educate residents about climate change and adaptation measures, and to promote pro-environmental attitudes through media, outdoor, on-site and educational activities. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (in brief: OPZ) constitutes Annex No 3 to the SWZ / Annex No 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. 3. The planned contractual provisions for the above public contract, which will be incorporated into the contract text, are located in Annex No 2 to the SWZ 4. The Contractor will perform the service in accordance with the document “Accessibility standards for cohesion policy 2021-2027” to the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles within EU funds for 2021-2027, in particular by ensuring that digital materials comply with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at least at AA level and by adapting activities and the message to persons with special needs with regard to conferences, stationary events and on-site activities.…
