TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is processing—scanning analogue materials of the state geodetic and cartographic resource (pzgik) into digital form of approximately 300 linear metres. Due to the approximate information on the number of analogue pzgik materials intended for scanning, the Contracting Authority assumed, for calculation purposes, that one linear metre corresponds to the number of topographic and cartographic materials in A1 formats that fit on a shelf of length 1 m. Type of materials: maps, tracings, originals, dia positives, records/metric sheets (metryki), photomaps, photos (paper), lists of names, tracings of names, tracings of height (elevation) points. The above-mentioned analogue materials contain mainly documents in A1 format and may contain documents in other formats, including, among others, A4 and A5 format, and non-standard/unformatted materials. 2. Acquisition and creation of metadata describing datasets relating to topographic maps. 3. Development of indexes for the processed materials. 4.
