TENDER DESCRIPTION
Development of a comprehensive concept and pre-investment package for the launch and development of the Raciąż Energy Cooperative. The subject matter of the contract is the service entitled “Development of a comprehensive concept and pre-investment package for the launch and development of the Raciąż Energy Cooperative”. The detailed scope, methodological requirements, deliverables and performance standards are set out in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Annex No 1a to the ToR (SWZ). The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the basis of the rules and conditions specified in the ToR (SWZ), the OPZ (Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract) and the Draft contract provisions constituting Annex No 4 to the ToR (SWZ).
