TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in developing complete project documentation together with the necessary appendices, including an investor’s cost estimate, and providing author’s supervision over the design for the task entitled: „Construction of a water reservoir together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure in Hrubieszów, Lublin Voivodeship”, along with obtaining the necessary arrangements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the above-mentioned task. 4.2. The scope of the study was adopted in accordance with Variant II of the programme–spatial concept developed in 2022 by HYDRON, ul. Jastrzębowskiego 22 p. 14, 02-786 Warszawa. This variant was recommended by the concept contractor, the contracting authority, and by the State Water Holding Polish Waters (Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie) Regional Water Management Authority in Lublin (Regionalny Zarząd Gospodarki Wodnej w Lublinie) and the Water Management District (Zarząd Zlewni) in Biała Podlaska (w Białej Podlaskiej Wód Polskich).
