SWZ clause no.: 13.6. Contents of the offer. An offer submitted, bearing a qualified electronic signature, must include: 13.6.1. Appendix No 1 to the SWZ completed – Offer Form 13.6.2. Appendix No 2 to the SWZ completed – European Single Procurement Document (ESPD/JEDZ). 13.6.3.
