TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the development of a concept and design documentation for the extension and remodelling of the building at Filipowska Street 20B in Suwałki, together with the necessary infrastructure for an care and educational facility in Suwałki. The building covered by the study is characterised by historical values. It was built in the second half of the 19th century as part of a barracks complex. The documentation requires arrangements/consultations with the monument conservator. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall ensure that the contract is carried out by persons holding appropriate professional qualifications appropriate to the functions assigned to them. 4.
