TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the development of a concept and design documentation for the expansion and reconstruction of the building at 20B Filipowska Street in Suwałki, together with the necessary infrastructure for a care and educational facility in Suwałki. The building covered by the study is characterised by historical values. It was built in the second half of the 19th century as part of a complex of barracks buildings. The documentation requires arrangements with the monument conservator. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall ensure that the subject of the contract is performed by persons with appropriate professional qualifications appropriate to the roles that will be assigned to them. 4.
