The subject of the contract is the development of a program-and-space concept together with design documentation for the construction of a rowing club boathouse at ul. Babia Wieś 3–5 in Bydgoszcz (including obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all required decisions, certificates, opinions and arrangements, on the basis of which construction works will be possible). The subject of the contract has been described in the attachment titled "Description of the subject of the contract". 2.
