TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of updates to water-law opinions in order to supplement the applications submitted to the Ministry (MI) to determine the next period of validity of the water-law permit, submitted pursuant to Article 414 of the Act of 20 July 2017 Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 960).
