PART No. 1: Preparation of the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) together with the estimation of the planned costs of design works and the planned costs of construction works for the investment titled: "Conversion of the basement of the hospital building at Oleśnicka 4 Street in Namysłów into an emergency shelter location (MDS)".
