Part No. I – “Micro-installation with energy storage for residents” – consolidated Functional-Utility Program documentation. The subject of the study is preparation of one consolidated PFU for installation of photovoltaic micro-installations together with energy storage facilities for the residents of the Radłów Commune. The PFU should specify technical and organisational assumptions enabling a later procurement procedure in the “design and build” formula, in particular: 1. technical needs and capabilities for at least 50 households, 2. power variants of photovoltaic micro-installations, 3. variants of energy storage capacity adapted to the PV installation power and the energy consumption profile, 4. description of the minimum technical requirements for photovoltaic installations, energy storage facilities, inverters, security systems and monitoring, 5. specification of requirements for mounting on roofs and on the ground together with a description of technical limitations, 6. specification of the method for qualifying buildings for participation in the programme and requirements regarding the technical condition of the structures, 7. development of example technological and…
