TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of the Design in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional and utility programme (design documentation including the site development plan, architectural and construction, and technical design) for the construction of: sanitary sewerage networks together with connections in the town of Poznań as part of the investment task entitled: “5-05-21-206-1 Poznań - sanitary sewerage in Golęczewska Street and Cerekwicka Street” and to obtain all necessary permits and decisions of the competent public administration authorities, in particular to obtain a valid building permit decision and the provision of author’s supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of concluding the contract with the Construction Works Contractor until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for those Works.
