TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is editorial and graphic design, typesetting, printing and delivery of a bilingual informational and promotional brochure, translation of texts from Polish into Slovak, electronic version of the brochure (the brochure will have an ISBN number). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the contract template. 3. The terms of contract implementation are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter called the contract template). 4. Where the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, the Contracting Authority shall not reject an offer solely because the offered supplies do not comply with the standards referred to in the description of the subject of the contract, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of relevant evidence, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree.
